Paleo coconut almond pancakes

Pancakes:

2 TBS Coconut Flour
2 TBS Almond Flour
1 Egg White
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
Stevia for sweetness
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of salt

  • Add water to get it moving and to a good consistency

Topping:

  • Maple Syrup
  • Chocolate Sauce (made by mixing unsweetened cocoa powder with maple syrup)
