Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea

My new FAVORITE tea is Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea.

I normally use stevia to sweeten tea, but I was ASTONISHED at how much flavor this tea had alone. I drink it without sweetener and it is quite enjoyable 🙂

My holiday order was complimented with two additional flavors that I cannot wait to try!

70 Calorie Green Smoothie

I was in the mood for something tasty and nutritious today and here’s what I came up with! I hope you enjoy it 🙂

Green Smoothie
1.5 c spinach
2/3 c light OJ
1/4 banana
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Stevia and ice cubes as desired

Asylum Workout Collection

Boy oh boy….

Asylum has gotta be one of the most challenging workouts I’ve ever tried. Coming from an athletic background, this pushes you hard and mentally keeps you “in the game”. I truly feel like I’m in high school again 🙂

I have only done the first 4 workouts, but every day following the workout, I can feel the muscles worked on the day before. It’s nice to be challenged and have a different routine 🙂

If you want a workout that will challenge you, keep you motivated and provide you with some creative exercises that incorporate different muscle groups, Asylum is the way to go!

Has anyone else tried this program? How did it work out for you?

 

 

 

Buckwheat Quinoa Waffle Pancake Pops!

This Saturday morning called for a fun breakfast!!

A MOUNTAIN of healthy waffle pancake pops!! (On top of the Halloween tablecloth 🙂 we’re a little late on taking it down!)

Recipe:
2 c flour (I used buckwheat and quinoa)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1/3 banana, mashed
1 1/3 c water

This recipe made 48 pops! 🙂
