Buckwheat Quinoa Waffle Pancake Pops!

This Saturday morning called for a fun breakfast!!



A MOUNTAIN of healthy waffle pancake pops!! (On top of the Halloween tablecloth 🙂 we’re a little late on taking it down!)

2 c flour (I used buckwheat and quinoa)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1/3 banana, mashed
1 1/3 c water

This recipe made 48 pops! 🙂
