3 T Unsweetened Almond Milk (5 cal, 10% calcium)
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Baking Powder
Stevia as desired

Chocolate Syrup Topping:

1 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (10 cal)
1/4 c Sugar Free Maple Syrup (20 cal)
